Darjeeling's tea gardens take you back to colonial times. There's always a nip in the air and longing for freshly brewed hot tea that you feel tempted to have to keep warm. It's a place I know I'd like to visit again.
Talking about health, I remember your question about TP administrators for health insurance.
It is in a way good for PSU to stop TP which will benefit the users in the long run. Whilst it may be convenient for any buyer of Medical insurance to have 'cashless' facility, the medical/treatment bills are hitting the roof as they have to be jacked up to provide for the middlemen. The insurance premium has additional charge for TPA and there are indirect favors by service providers to these middlemen which will further inflate the premium every year, disproportionately. If one can be patient enough to claim the 'inpatient' treatment charges directly from Insurance companies,(without cashless facility) there will be less frequent increase in the premium levels..
@SG & Mridula- Thanks!It's such a gr8 place to visit.
@Subu - Oh, thats so good of you to share this information. Thank you, its really very helpful at this point as so many theories are floating around and we feel worried about what to believe. Your perspective really is valuable.

Aha nothing like being in the Tea gardens.
Be it Nainital or Ooty or Darjeeling or Munnar.

Tea is my favourite hot drink, in fact I'm what in the UK we call a 'tea jenny'. I would love to visit these gardens.
